Sir My eyesight 4 longsightness both side weak how i can improve eyesight by using natural food or medicin Doctor sahib I am 25 years and not married. Long sightedness or hypermetropia or any refractive error for that matter is not curable in natural or medical way. . glasses or contact lenses is the solution .. Even refractive surgery for hypermetropia is not always consistently successful . . better to consult some hospital where lot of such refractive surgeries are taking place. . there is a chance that they may help you. .

there is no solution for longsightness,from medical side or natural way.
You have to wear glass for ever and continuously otherwise number will grow increasing.
You may use contact lenses.
You may go for leser surgery of cornea if your ophthalmologist advises.
