hi doctor my name is kelly.. my age is 22 i lose weight by dieting now i have a belly pouch and it is overhanging and it really offends me..currently i weigh about 95 kgs.. now i am going to lose it with exercise..is it possible to lose it with exercise

It is ofcourse possible to lose weight with exercise and also most important would be choosing the right type of exercise.
Initially you may need a personal trainer to guide you to choose the exercises whether you need pilates,aerobics,power yoga,cardio and weights or just lunges and push ups.Also you should follow a strict diet.
