ENT Specialist 's  Response
hello, thanks for your query, chronic ear problem since child hood , failed ear surgery, at age 42, with risk factors Bp, diabetes( may be) . going for resurgery is not advisable. because for normal hearing nerve function should be good, it's action slows down when age progresses. first do basic audiometry tests to know the action of nerve and hearing deficit. visit an ent surgeon for father evaluation and treatment.all the best. take care.
