it is not genetic. and completely normal. night falls are normal body function as result of stimulation in dreams. no side effects and completely harmless. you can solve this by reduction in watching porn and you can masturbate after watching porn to reduce it. so don't worry you will be fine soon. hope my answer is helpful and thankful for you. take care. and have a happy and healthy life.
