Is It Recommended To Take Green Coffee For Rheumatoid Arthritis While Being Overweight?

Am 44yo female.Slightly overweight.Diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis which is under control.Have haemaroids.Started taking raspberry ketones and green coffee bean extract.Very flatulant and bloody stools.Is it the supplements?Also had a bout of food poisoning a week ago, right before starting the supplements.No family history of bowel cancer.

Thanks for your query.
For rheumatoid arthritis you have to be started on medication called disease modifying anti rheumatoid drugs(DMARD) alone or in combination with biologicals (Immunomodulators). Since these are prescription drugs and regular follow up would be required, it would be best if you see your general physician for the same.
You also need regular exercises to preserve joint mobility and maintain muscle strength.
