I recommend that you consult a physician who can refer you to the right specialist. Since I have very little information about you I cannot make an online recommendation. However, abdominoplasty is safer than bariatric surgery, though both have their own side effects. I also would like to see that you are making enough effort to lose weight, not just have the notion of wanting to fit into old clothes.
