Is It Required To Meet A Doctor After 12 Year Old Having Vomiting, Tenderness On Lower Abdomen And Redness On Back?

My 12 yr old daughter has been throwing up on and off since last night. No fever but has tenderness on the lower right abdomen and lower right back. There is also a redness on the lower right back a little bigger than a silver dollar. She just keeps saying she doesn't feel good. ??? Does this call for an ER visit??

possibility of acute appendicitis is to be considered in view of presence of vomiting and tenderness in right lower abdomen( Right illiac fossa).
