Is It Safe To Combine Zolfresh And Triptomer For Sleep And Anxiety?
Hello doctor I am having maniers decease for 6 years. Iam taking zolfresh 5mg for sleep disorder. But now anxiety also is there for which triptomer10 mg is suggested. But good sleep not getting.cam I take triptomer 10 and zoftesh 5 mg together. Any interaction? I am 65 aged

Meniere’s disease is a rare inner ear disorder; it affects the sense of balance and hearing. Get clinically examined and treated. if it is not treated the symptoms will get worse. Ménière’s disease is typically treated with medications to reduce symptoms. Anxiety and depression occur because of it. Tryptomer is a tricyclic antidepressant which treats problems like depression, neuropathic pain, and migraine effectively.
Zolfresh 10mg is also prescribed to you. It helps treat insomnia, but long-term use can cause dependence. You should not take the two medicines together. Zolfresh has a calming effect on the brain and induces sleep. Take it only when required. Get clinically examined for Meniere’s disease by an ENT. Get required tests like audiology, vestibular tests, MRI done. You will be given conservative treatment or recommended surgery, whatever is the best for you.
