Hello,
If I understand you correctly, you want to know if its safe for your wife, and possibly if it has any role in her getting pregnant.
1. It is generally safe for spouses to share such and other body fluids, as long as they are mutually faithful to each other, though some may consider the practice itself "unwholesome" and may thus be "uncomfortable".
2. It is not going to assist the process for getting her pregnant. The sperm has to be deposited in the right canal to stand any chance of getting her pregnant.
Take care and best of luck.
