Is It Safe To Fly If The Bp Is High?

I am a 46 year old female, 5 feet tall, about 62kg. Been taking Atenolol for 17 yrs. Now put on to Ramipril 7.5mg increased to10mg today and also Amlodipine 5mg has been added. Is it safe to take all three meds together. I am going on hols next week, will my bp come down in that time and will it be safe for me to fly??

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that your blood pressure is under control and you can fly, no need to worry about this, continue the same medicine when you on board, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
