Is It Safe To Fly While Having Pineal Cyst?

Hi, my husband had a ct scan last night for severe headaches and vomitting, no tumours or haemorrages found, but a 1cm pineal cyst was found but can't get MRI scan till 29th Septermber, while he is feeling much better now, however he is due to fly overseas in 2.5 weeks time, is this safe to do so
