Is It Safe To Give Alex-P, Clavam And Eledyl Jr To An Infant Suffering From Cold, Cough And Breathing Difficulty?

hello sir,
I have a 2.5 months old girl baby, She s suffering from cold n cough. She s suffering to breathe. My doctor prescribed Alex-P,clavam and eledyl jr. Is these safe in this age.. I hav heard that counter-medications are not preferable..pls reply
