Is It Safe To Give Calprofen For Cough And Vomiting?

Our baby (just under 6 months) has had a temp of 37.5-38 degrees for a day - he has a cold and a cough and has vomited phlegm throughout the last two days...he's feeding and we are giving him calprofen but his temp isn't changing. Is this worrying?
Thank you
