Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

The cyclopam is an antispasmotic to help reduce any pain that may be due to contraction of the bowel, she may not need it at this point.

You can use acetaminophen to help with any pain she is experiencing.

The most important aspect of management of diarrhea is preventing or treating dehydration.
Even though her appetite may be reduced, she still needs to use enough fluids. She can hold off solid food but she needs to drink.

Pedialyte, diluted sport drinks (Eg gatorade) would be the best fluid replacement.
Food can be restarted when there is a 4 hour period with no symptoms.

I hope this helps
