Is It Safe To Give Macpod 100mg Tablet To My Daughter?

Hi My daughter is suffering from hand foot mouth disease since last Thursday her temprature is between 98 to 100 C the doctor had prescribed Tab Cefamox 100 mg 1 1/2 tablet twice a day which is not available here, now he has prescribed Tab Macpod 100 mg can it be given to her,she is 4 1/2 yrs old,weight 14 kg.

HI hand foot mouth disease occurs due to a virus and usually self- limiting.No need to give any antibiotics and I advise you to keep her hydrated and paracetamol for fever only.
