Is It Safe To Give Chickenpox Antibiotic To A 3 Years Old Baby?

Hi i gave my child 3 years old an antibiotic for his chickenbox as his doctor mentioned (2 times daily). Is it safe for him? I heard that if he toke an antibiotic , there is chance for him to have chickenbox again am so worried

chicken pox is a viral infection. antibiotics will not work (it works on bacterial infection). in chicken pox in vescicles chances of added bacterial infection. so the antibiotic is added to check this infection.
