Is It Safe To Give Paracetamol Ibugesic Plus And Pecef 100 For A Child Suffering From Tonsillitis?

My child is suffering from tonsilitis and doctor has suggested Pecef 100 2.5ml twice a day. However as soon as I give him Pecef100 he pukes it all. So he is not able to take this medicine and is it safe to give paracetamol Ibugesic Plus along with Pecef 100 or Pecef 100 has paracetamol?

Hi,
Thank you for your query.
Pecef is an antibiotic and it doesn't contain paracetamol.
Continue antibiotic as prescribed.
If there is fever you can give paracetamol in prescribed dose.
Hope I have answered your query.
Regards.
