I am highly allergic to penicillin, and my boyfriend just began taking amoxicillin for a sinus infection. While this may be a stupid question, I was wondering if it would be safe for me to kiss him, or to have any kind of sexual relations with him. Would the antibiotic be present in his bodily fluids, or would it be filtered out during the digestive process? Would it be safe to come into contact with some fluids and not others? I just don't want to end up being rushed to the emergency room because I kissed the poor guy! Thanks!
