General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I would suggest you to taper the dose gradually which can help in preventing any symptoms like weakness or palpitations. You can discuss with your treating doctor and gradually taper the dose once a week in order to prevent adverse symptoms and maintain consistent results.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
