Is It Safe To Take Cialis Following A Prostatectomy?

I am due to take a 2 sachet course of Picolax on Thursday in preparation for a Colonoscopy investigation on Friday. However, I am also taking a weekly 20mg tablet of Cialis following a prostatectomy in January. Is there any reason why I should not take my weekly Cialis today?

Hi tab cialis is a vasodilator it causes hypotension, I.e. cause blood pressure to fall down below normal. This is one of the adverse effect . So during procedure atleast 48hours before the procedure you should avoid it.thank you
