Is It Safe To Take DOLO 650 For Pain In Ear?
At what interval can I hav Dolo 650 which was adviced to me for pain along with the MOX500 tablet for an ear infection. I have sever pain in my left ear, and I took Dolo in gap of 6 hrs as the pain comes back after the effect of medicine is over. Please advice if it is safe?

Tablet Dolo is paracetamol tablet and can be taken eight hourly if taken in a dose of 650 mg . If you are taking 6 hourly then it is advisable to take 500 mg tablet.
In addition to Dolo you can take anti inflammatory medicine like diclofenac 50 mg or ibuprofen 8 hrly. It will decrease the pain , the dose of dolo and will have anti inflammatory action so healing will be faster.
