Hello dear

Warm welcome to Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query in details .

* Doxinate and ondem are both safest molecules to be consumed for
acidity in 10 weeks pregnancy .

* Dulcolax for constipation is strictly not advisable at this stage , with
possible threat or excess pelvic contractions , dehydration & others .

Instead , use more liquids , high fiber diet and later if required bulk
forming laxatives .

Hope this will help you for sure .

Wishing you fine pregnancy outcome .
Welcome for any further guidance .

Regards .
