Hello,

It is safe to take Furadantin for urinary infection. It has minor spectrum of side effects as nausea, vomiting from stomach upset, dark brown urine (becomes normal once medicine is stopped), loss of appetite, head ache. Continue it with your heart medicines, consume plenty of liquids.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
