Is It Safe To Take NiFTRAN 100 Mg For Urine Infection?
I am 29 yrs old, I had PCNL for my kidney surgery 5months back.. I came to know i had stones left in both kidneys. Now i am facing problems like vomiting sensation, burning in urine passing, now totally sick and I don't know what to do. Now I am using NiFTRAN 100mg for urine infection. is this safe to use as I am having some affects like vomiting sensation, burning in when urinating, chills, etc... please advise me on this..
Nitrofurantoin can be used safely in this issue, with additional guidelines.
- Drink more liquids in sessions. - Add intake of proton pump inhibitor as omeprazole morning and evening with sips of water on empty stomach. - Cranberry sachet once daily in a glass of drinking water. - Follow above measures for 5 days, consult later your doctor as per the progress of the condition.
