Hi,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your stomach upset..

Because H. Pylori causes gastric ulcer and it takes time to heal the ulcer and recovery from pain.

You need to keep your diet for at least a month or two and also take medication like pantoprazole for at least for one to two months too. So that your gastric ulcer heals properly. You must stop antibiotics after the course is over but maintain the life style for some time.

Hope my answer will help you and visit us back if you have any questions further.

Regards
Dr Muzaffer Hussain Parray.
