Is It Safe To Take Reshape For Weight Loss?

Hi, I am 30 & delivered a baby 5 months ago. I am 94 kgs, have started gym & trying to avoid rice and other sweet foods. I am not breastfeeding anymore. Is it safe to take reshape? My gynaecologist has allowed me to take it, but she suggested just one tablet a day for a period of one month. A.. Wondering if that'll have any effect on my weight loss.
