Is It Safe To Take Ropinirole, Eszopiclone, Ranitidine And Cephalexin Together?

I am taking 5 medications starting tomorrow. Could you tell me if it’s safe to take them and would not cause major problems. Ropinirole 2mg
Folic Acid 1mg
Eszopiclone 3mg
Ranitidine 300mg
Cephalexin 500mg - new one capsule three times daily for 5 day

Hi,

CYP1A2 inhibitors like Ranitidine can decrease metabolic clearance of Ropinirole. Ropinirole dosage adjustment may be needed if the CYP1A2 inhibitor is started or stopped during treatment with Ropinirole.
