Is It Safe To Take Ferritin,ferrous Fumarate And Multivitamins Throughout The Day Time?
My daughter is 15 and has hb of 11 and ferritin 21. She's been given her 2nd 3 month prescription of 3 x 210mg of ferrous fumarate to take. Is it safe to have ner multivitamins with iron in as well, this tablet has 14mg of iron in. She is also an athlete at a high standard so trains 6 days a week? Is it also ok to take these 3 tablets throughout the daytime? Thanks!

What was Haemoglobin before starting treatment , and what is level after 3 months of treatment , what amount of elemental iron is in tablets you are taking.what about other tests and reports besides less Hb
