Is It Safe To Take Flextopie Ointment During Morning And Tacroz Forte 0.1% During Night For White Spots Inside Lips?

I have two white/discolored spots (with no bump) on my lower lip for last four/five years . One of the two spots is more prominent (of around 4 mm diameter) and skin tends to peel off at around the centre of that place periodically. I don t have white spots on any part of the body. Recently when I saw a skin specialist, he has prescribed the following: Flextopie ointment in the morning. Tacroz Forte 0.1% ointment at night before bed time. I ve been using Flextopie ointment in the morning for several days, but yet to see any improvement . I m yet to buy Tacroz Forte 0.1% ointment (TACROLIMUS OINTMENT 0.1% w/w/). Could you please give guidance whether I should use Flextopie ointment in the morning and Tacroz Forte 0.1% ointment at night before bed time.
