Is It Safe To Take Garcinia Cambogia Plus For A Diabetic Person?
Okay, thank you, but I am a diabetice on Metformin 500mg , butI was thinking of taking a dietary supplement -- Garcinia Cambogia Plus. On reading the bottle it said that this tablet contains --Chromium which may enhance insulin sensitivity and may affect blood sugar levels. Is it safe for me to take this ???

Garcinia is a herbal product used in diabetes. From our experience, it showed no additional or new side effects when taken along with other diabetic drugs, even though there is no literature regarding the safety of this combination.
It is likely that the side effects that you encounter are due to low sugars and hence keep a watch over that.
