Is It Safe To Take Magnesium Supplements Or Antacids Containing Magnesium As An Ingredient Together With Gabapentin?

I am taking gabapentin. I have been told that I should not take an antacid with magnesium within 2 hrs. another pharmacist said that plain magnesium supplement is ok just not to take magnesium if it is an ingredient in an antacid. which is correct?

You can safely take magnesium while in Gabapentin. Nothing much to worry and it will not interact with each other.
