Is It Safe To Take Muscle Building And Repairing Muscle Natural Powder?

I am taking at the present 20mg of lisinopril. Would like to know if taking a muscle building and repairing muscle natural powder product is safe that has natural ingredients is safe to take. I have been taking nitric oxide for 2 years and I have not had any side effects. I am 54 years old and I work out 3 times a week. Please advise.

Dear friend , Greetings from HCM... i advice you to take food supplements balanced food or protein rich food if you want to build your muscle ... EGG WHITE, FISH, CHICKEN, SPROUTS, MILK, NUTS AND MILETS all are good sources of proteins ... in addition take more of green leafy vegetables and fruits. when you workout take lots of fluids and water to keep yourself well hydrated ...I do not advice you to use any powder unless it is strongly needed or recommended by tour doctor. all the best and do contact us for more queries ..... THANK YOU
