doc,i am now 7 weeks pregnant .i am suffering from excessive acidity and heartburn .can i take pantop 40 at empty stomach or use peptica tablet? is it safe for me now?

Excessive acidity and heartburn are common during pregnancy and it is best to take an antacid - calcium based half an hour after your meals with a glass of water.If the acidity is excessive then you can take pantop 40. It is safe.
