Is It Safe To Take Thinners By A 4 Year Old By Accindent?

Hi my 4year old son drank a small portion of thinners. I made him vommit and gave him some milk and yogurt after he vommited. Then we gave him CharcoPin mix with milk. He seems ok now and he is not complaining of any pain. Is he ok or should i be concern of maybe internal injuries.
