Is It Safe To Take Triglimisave-ls2, Telmikind , Pentacid, Antacids, Remylin For Diabetes/BP?

Hello I am 60year old and having around 70kg weight and having dibeatic from last 18years
Having suger 200mg and 256mg and BP 80/140
now I am taking TriglimisaveLS2 twice a day and Telmikind 40Am in the morning and also tacking antacid
Pentacid A and Remylin tab is it ok or advise

hi,
if you mean 200 and 256 are fasting and post prandial sugar levels, it is not a good control. you will need escalation of dose or an addition of bed time insulin.
I strongly suggest you to visit a physician or a diabetician for modifying your drugs. all the best.
