Is It Safe To Take Wine With Antibiotic For Swollen Arm?

Hi, I have been bitten by an insect, think possibly a spider, though I do not know which type. We are in South East England but we are getting spiders!! .I saw my Doctor thismorning and she has prescribed Flucloxacillin 500mg x 4 a day. I do not normally like to take any medicines but as my arm is now really swollen and hurts, will do so. Am I still allowed to have my normal 2 glasses of wine in the evening, with our meal? Or do I have to refrain?!
