Is It Safe To Travel After Having Pneumonia?

My daughter is 10 and had pneumonia a month ago. She has a chest X-ray scheduled tomorrow to follow up after antibiotics and inhaler treatment. We are leaving from colorado to Florida this weekend. Is it typically safe for kids to travel after having pneumonia?

Hi...no problem she can travel provided she is not breathless or febrile or oxygen dependent. I think by this time she should be achieving radiological clearance of pneumonia too. Do not worry.
