Hi and thnak you for asking on HCM.
You are reporting to have anal pain and hemorroids.
Anal pain may berelated with hemorroids plus inflammation or anal fissure plus inflamation.
So at your case I would suggets to use Proctosol HC 2,5 % cream. It will help to reduce anal inflammation and pain.

Meantime I suggest to avoid constipation using plenty of water, olive oil and vegetables.
Hope it was helpful to you.
Have a nice day!
