i checked my self in jammu....then i got marriage in kolkata.....i m pcos patient..my jammu doctor suggested me tab ALL9...i hd nt get this medicine in kolkata...so my doctor changed my tablet into folvite....can i use it and which is the best tme 2 take this medicine?

Hi,

Yes, you can take Folvite one and the same thing. As you have PCOS, you have to modify your lifestyle, reduce weight, 30 mins of sunlight exposure, plenty of green leafy vegetables and fruits. Start taking tablet Ovabless daily for 3 months, tablet vit d3 60000 IU once a week for 6 week.
