Is It Serious To Have Stabbing Pain In Stomach Post Ovary Removal Surgery?

Hi Dr, I had a large repair surgery 2 weeks and my left ovary removed which was stuck to my tube that had a 7.5cm cyst in it. I have begun to have a stabbing pain in my left side. It s so sharp it s hard to walk is this just part of the healing process or could there be a problem,
