Is It Stomach Flu To Ask For More Yogurt And Fruit?

Hi there, I have a 15 month old baby. During the last week it seems like he's been a bit under the weather, less active and with yellow stools. He is also much more needy of his mother's attention and is not eating as much as he did a week ago. He tends to want more yogurt and fruit, less solids. Is this a stomach flu?
