Is It To Be Concern About The Abdominal Pain After Sex?

hi, im just going to get right to it. I felt nothing until after having sex with my boyfriend. Afterwards, i felt some abdominal pain which i have felt before and concluded was due to my mirena IUD. Later that day i felt EXTREMELY slight burning down there and later it become so much worse. It is now a nonstop burning with a constant need to pee. i also noticed my pee is slightly pink or red and there are tissue like pieces in the toilet after i go. I AM CONCERNED! I wonder if it is due to my boyfriend taking an excess of caffeine pills and peeing very dark shades of yellow and sometimes brown. Please help!
