Is It To Be Concern About The Bumps In The Finger Along With Swelling Due To A Hit?

While playing rugby, I jammed my fingers on the ball. My middle finger got swollen, but not too bad. But in the morning I saw a little bump on my middle finger, right below the middle knuckle. You can only see the bump when I bend my finger. Clenching my fist hurts, but it hurts most to extend my finger, and it only hurts a little when I bend it. The bump is hard, but not solid, it doesn t move around, and only hurts a little bit to touch. It s been almost 2 days and it s still a little swollen.
