Is It To Be Concerned About Child Having Lung Infection?

my 3 years old doughter a week ago had lungh infection but yeasterday she started sneeze a lot and she has runny nose boggies are yelowish green color and gluey she has rheumy eyes for 48 hours it seems that she got flue but we finished drinking antibiotics just yesterday should i go again to see doctor?should i worry a lot about rheumy eyes?

Possibility of Measles infection is to be considered in any child who has redness of eyes associated with respiratory tract infection . Rash may follow latter.
routine assessment by Pediatrician is indicated.
