Is It To Be Concerned About Child S Head Hitting The Ground Due To A Fall?

My baby rolled off the couch two days ago and hit her head on the ground, but did not cry much and was completely normal for the rest of the day, so I did not call the doctor. Today, I was in a rush walking around the house while holding her, and accidentally bumped her head again against the doorway. It has been a few hours since, but she has been a bit fussy and spit up three times, when she normally does not spit up. However, we had a fairly eventful day off our normal baby schedule, and she did not have her afternoon nap. I am not sure if she is grumpy and spit up because of her change up from breast milk to formula diet today, or if these are lasting after effects of hitting her head? Please help!

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi, this appears to be a serious issue. In case of head injury, if unconscious, nose or mouth bleeding, seizures or persistent vomiting occurs then a MRI brain is mandatory. I suggest you to do an MRI brain to rule out intracranial bleed. Take care.
