Is It To Be Concerned About Fluctuating BP?

My husband's BP is 106/44. It's been hot here in the low to mid 90's the past week. 8 mos ago, my husband was had a "hypertensive emergency" with BP 265/160. He was hospitalized for 5 days. He's on Lisinopril, Metoprolol, hydralazine, Tekturna, Plavix, hydrocholorthiazide. But now, with the hot weather, he seems to be having a problem with dizziness, sleepiness, etc. Should he be concerned about these readings? He also got a reading of 106/44. Thank you for any advice.

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have very low diastolic blood pressure. It need concern. Because patient may go in hypotensive shock also. You should urgently consult your physician and need to take treatment. Consult your doctor and take treatment urgently.
