HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, from the history and information given here I could say that it is the constipation that might caused the blood stain stool, it is most important to rule out the possibility of formation of fissures.
Instead of taking laxative and purgative better to try fiber diet, drink more water, keep the regular habit of defection, you have to be in even in absence of need of defecation, no matter if you do not pass the stool.
hope this information helps.
