Is It To Be Concerned About The Blood From The Anus After A Hit?

I am a 15 year old boy, am 5 foot 6 inches tall and weigh 140 lbs. I am generally healthy and have had no prior surgeries or hospital stays. I hit my butt on the bottom of the pool and when I got out there was blood in my swim trunks and some blood around my anus. No pain, but seemed like it bled for a few more minutes. Should I be worried?
