Is It To Be Concerned About The Teeth In Child?

Hi, I recently noticed that my 14 month old baby's lower teeth/jaw protrudes beyond the upper teeth/jaw. Should I bring him to a dentist for correction or it is too early and I should wait. If I should wait, how long should I wait before seeing an dentist?
