Is It To Be Worried About The Thyroid Function Test?

My thyroid function test shows Free T4 at 8.6, my TSH at 8.3, and Free T3 at 3.3. The Thyroid Microsomal Antibodies are 1600, and Antithyroglobulin is 400. There is history of thyroid disease and throat cancer (leading to death of Aunty, Grandmother and also Grandfather) - should I be worried???

Hello
First of all I am writing about various values of hormones ( thyroid ) .
Thyroid stimulating hormone ( T S H ) normal value 0.5-4.7 mv/L. In your case T S H is HIGH.(8.3 )
T4 normal value 58-140 nmol/L
(4.5 -10.9 microgm/dL) in your case T4 is 8.6 LOW
T3 normal value 0.92-2.78 nmol/L
(60-181 ng/dL) in your case it is 3.3 again HIGH .
anti thyroid antibodies normally is is not detected but in your case it is 1600 , again HIGH.
anti thyroglobulin normally
(
After reading your query and history of illness ( family history ) this abnormality in values of various hormone is a cause of concern .
I recommend you consult an ENDOCRINOLOGIST or THYROID SPECIALIST at once and sort out this problem.
Good luck.
